Parameters:

N - N parameter

R - R parameter

Returns:

Exact p-value (1.0 if greater than 0.2, -1.0 if not computable)

computeAsymptoticProbability

                                                  int[] ties)

Computes asymptotic distribution of the Wilcoxon statistic

Parameters:

N - N parameter

R - R parameter

ties - Integer vector representing the number and lenght of the ties found in the computation of ranks

Returns:

Asymptotic p-value

getDoubleTail

Returns double-tailed p-value of the last comparison
